Tenders received after the closing date will not be accepted.
All applicants will be notified of the status of their application by 20th December.
Successful tenders will be invoiced accordingly, and a $200 deposit is payable within 7 days to secure the booking and full payment to be finalised by 13/2/2025. NOTE – If the fees are not received by the due date the tender will become null and void and the site will be reallocated.
All exhibitors, service providers and demonstrators must; Ensure that you and all your staff understand the requirements of the NSW Work, Health & Safety (WHS) laws of NSW and as they relate to your business and with regard to your participation in the TFD and that you will meet the requirements of the WHS laws. By providing a tender or application you accept that under the WHS guidelines you are the ‘Person Controlling a Business or Organisation or Undertaking’ (PCBU) for the conduct of your business at the TFD and as such you are responsible for the Health and Safety of all persons that may be impacted by your provision of buildings at the TFD. You must include tickets for any staff you have working the event. No one enters the event without a ticket.
You will need to provide a Certificate of Currency and your NSW Food Authority licence with your application.
If you have more than one catering van and you hope to be allocated more than one site, you will need to complete a new form for each van/truck.
